Scientific Research
Danone Actimel has collaborated with over 100 leading research institutes worldwide to develop Actimel science.
Actimel is scientifically proven to help strengthen your natural defences*.
The beneficial effects of Actimel have been researched for more than 15 years. During this time, 27 publications of clinical studies have been conducted on over 3000 subjects to demonstrate the health benefits of Actimel on the body’s natural defences. On top of those 27 clinical studies, the effects and mechanism of action of Actimel and L.casei have been described in more than 30 scientific studies. Actimel’s effects have also been researched on several specific groups, from children to seniors.
