The national survey of over 1,000 people provides a unique insight into Irish people’s stress triggers and symptoms. In recognition of the potential impact that the pace of life today can have on general health and wellbeing, including our natural defences, we have asked a leading independent dietician to develop a series of useful tips in order to help people deal with the hectic lifestyles of today. The tips are designed to give people a few easy to implement suggestions on how to deal with the whirlwind lives we lead.
